Six-point requirement to extend the life of the tractor

Tractor has the same "life" as the human body. If it is well maintained, it will be "end to sleep." Therefore, in the process of driving the tractor, the agricultural machine operator should pay attention to the following points:

First, not overloaded. Overload is the most important "path root" that affects the life of the tractor. Overloading will cause the engine to overheat, causing poor lubrication of the moving parts and premature wear. Causes of overload: 1. Agricultural machinery is not suitable, such as "small horse-drawn cart." 2. Loading, ploughing, and ploughing work are too heavy. 3. Trapped. 4. The road conditions are not good.

Second, the temperature should not be too low. The operating temperature of the engine is 75 ° C ~ 85 ° C. When the tractor is working, it should start at 40 °C and work at 60 °C. If necessary, adjust the opening of the curtain (louver) or heat the water to solve the problem of temperature discomfort.

Third, the engine should not be too hot. If the engine temperature is too high, it will cause poor lubrication, which will cause the moving parts to accelerate wear. The main reasons for the engine overheating are: 1. The cooling water is too small. 2. The fan belt is too loose. 3. The engine is overloaded. 4. The insulation curtain is not open. 5. The throttle valve fails in a small cycle position where the cooling water is turned off. 6. The pump impeller is severely worn. 7. Too much scale. 8. The heat sink is clogged. 9. There is debris blocking between the heat sink fins. 10. Improper assembly, loss of lubrication or other causes of abnormal friction.

Fourth, do not force the throttle. On the one hand, slamming the throttle will cause the moving parts to be subjected to additional inertia; on the other hand, slamming the throttle causes the amount of oil injected into the cylinder to increase rapidly, and the fresh air entering the cylinder is not proportional to the fuel, causing Poor combustion, black smoke from the engine, increased combustion deposits, increased machine wear and fuel waste.

5. Choose different gears according to different road conditions and loads, because tractors have the best economic driving speed.

Sixth, the tire pressure should not be too high or too low, try to stay away from oil and fire, avoid sharp edges, potholes, speeding on uneven roads, do not accelerate the speed ; try to reduce the number of brakes, do not brake, should be predictive driving, Brake is necessary if necessary; the foot is not allowed to be placed on the brake pedal during driving, and the appropriate gear should be selected when going downhill. If the gear is too high, it is necessary to increase the number of brakes. If the gear is too low, the tractor will be slid by the downhill thrust to accelerate the tire wear; do not force the tire after the trap, otherwise the tire will be severely slipped and the wear will be intensified.
