3, gray mold. Caused by the infection of pathogenic fungal strains of Botrytis cinerea, the incidence of gray mold is mainly severe in the fruiting period of flowering, but it is also susceptible to disease if the condition of low temperature and high humidity occurs after the emergence of vegetables. This disease is a seedling disease often encountered in vegetable nursery. It is often the earliest infection of gray mold in watering or roof drip, manifested as the onset of the disease on the leaf near the ground, initially appeared on the leaves or young stems Dipping chlorotic spots, in the humidity, lesions may appear gray moldy, further development can cause leaf or young stem rot, resulting in seedling death.
4, root disease. The root is a common disease during seedling stage, mainly due to the impeded seedling development at low temperature (generally below 12°C), no new roots at the root, rust spots on the root bark, rot in the roots, wilting in the ground, seedlings are easy to pull up, leaves The edge is dry, and when it is severe, it will die and die.
The conditions that can easily induce the above diseases are: lack of sunshine in the cold period or rainy days during the nursery period, poor seedling growth, and especially the protected plots for many years of continuous cropping, which are most likely to cause serious disease at the seedling stage due to more accumulated bacteria. In addition, the management of extensive seedlings, poor insulation performance, improper ventilation and ventilation, seedlings grow weak seedlings are also susceptible to disease.
Second, seedling disease prevention and treatment
1. Seed treatment: Seeds are seeded with 50% carbendazim or 2.5% Celestium or 50% thiram and the amount is 0.3-0.4% of the seed amount.
