When the ultrasonic bottle washer is working, careful inspection of the operation of each component can extend the service life of the machine and improve the product qualification rate.

Operation process:

(1) bottle
Put the vial into the bottle carousel.

(2) rough washing
The bottle is first ultrasonically cleaned and the temperature range is 0 °C ~ 60 °C.

(3) Fine wash
The inner and outer walls of the vial are cleaned with circulating water and water for injection, and the inner and outer walls of the bottle are blown dry with compressed air.

(4) Inspection
During the operation, be sure to control the following items:

Check the spray pipe of each spray water and gas for obstruction. If it is timely, use a 1mm steel needle to penetrate. Check that all flushing parts inside and outside the vial are normal. Check the filter for purified water and water for injection should meet the requirements. Check the temperature and pressure of the water for injection. Check the pressure of the compressed air and the filter.

(5) Intermediate control of washing bottles
At the beginning of the washing of the bottle, the cleanliness of the 10 vials after the washing is in compliance with the requirements, the inspection is required twice, and the inspection results are recorded in the batch production record.

(6) The sterilized and washed vials are sent to the tunnel sterilization oven for laundering and sterilization under laminar flow protection. The sterilization temperature is ≥350°C, the sterilization time is more than 5 minutes, and the bottles are discharged after the sterilization is completed. Temperature ≤ 45 ° C.

(7) View
During the sterilization process, the preheating section, the sterilization section, and the cooling section temperature are constantly observed.
