(4) When using the cake display cabinet, the number of door opening should be minimized and the time for accessing food should be shortened. Hot foods need to be cooled to room temperature before being placed in the showcase.
(5) When storing food, the food should not be too close to the outlet.
Second, the daily maintenance of the cake display cabinet:
(1) Clean the compressor and condenser regularly.
(2) Clean the cake display cabinet regularly (at least once every 2 months). When cleaning the refrigerator, first turn off the power, gently scrub with a neutral detergent and water, then wipe off the detergent with water. Do not use washing powder, decontamination powder, talcum powder, alkaline detergent, Tianna water, boiling water, oil, brush, etc. to clean the cold storage showcase.
(3) When the cake cabinet display is not used for a long time, the power plug should be unplugged, the inside of the box should be wiped clean, and the box door should be closed after the box is fully dried.
