Introduction to the structure and main functions of the pressure testing machine

1, the rack part

The frame is connected by the upper and lower beams through four uprights. An electric lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper beam to cause the screw to rise or fall, and the distance between the upper and lower pressure plates is adjusted. The lower pressure plate is engraved with a positioning wire frame to facilitate the placement of the test piece in the center position.

A combination seal is used between the cylinder and the piston. A composite seal and a rubber seal ring are embedded in the upper part of the inner wall of the cylinder. A slight oil spill between the piston and the cylinder is allowed. The oil tank wall is provided with an oil spill passage. This structure can make the cylinder The friction with the piston is reduced to a minimum, thus ensuring the accuracy of the test machine.

2, hydraulic control system

The system includes a motor and a high pressure oil pump, a fuel delivery valve, a return valve, a fuel tank, and the like. The oil pump and the motor are connected by a coupling, and are seated on the oil tank, and the high pressure oil directly enters the oil delivery valve. When the delivery valve is closed, the oil flows directly back to the tank. When the delivery valve is opened and the return valve is closed, the high pressure oil enters the cylinder and is transmitted to the sensor, which transmits the signal to the load cell.

3. Force measuring system

The system consists of a hydraulic sensor, a signal amplification converter, data processing, a printer and control operation panel, and a transmission loading mechanism.
