Common faults in the operation of asphalt insulation pump

   The faults frequently encountered in the operation of asphalt insulation pumps are as follows:

First, the asphalt insulation pump does not discharge oil or discharge less oil.

1. The direction of rotation is incorrect;

2. The valve on the inlet and outlet pipe is not open;

3. Air leakage in each joint surface of the oil suction pipe;

4. The suction pipe is not immersed in the oil;

5. Inhalation height exceeds the rule value;

6. The pump enters and exits the pipeline and condenses the external medium such as filter and cutting;

7. The temperature of the liquid is low and the viscosity of the medium is increased.

Second, the abnormal vibration and noise of the asphalt insulation pump :

1. The pump and the motor device have different axes;

2. Inhalation of the intubation or filter infarction or media condensation;

3. The portion of the suction pipe whose diameter is smaller than the regular diameter or has a variable diameter on the oil suction pipe;

4. Air leakage into the oil pipeline and each joint surface;

5. The base unit of the pump is not stable.

Third, asphalt insulation pump motor power overload reasons:

1. The practice of the pump, the pressure exceeds the rule value;

2. The hard particles are stuck in the pump;

3. The discharge valve is closed or opened in place;

4. The liquid temperature is low and the viscosity is increased;

5. Gears and bearing sleeves are severely worn or bitten.
