The author engaged in water jet loom technology management for many years. Through understanding the management status of the imported loom equipment of the relevant enterprises in the region, the author briefly summarized the problems in the preparation of equipment for water jet loom preparation and the equipment maintenance experience for reference by colleagues. 1 The problems existing in the preparation of equipment management are insufficient. The pre-preparation equipment was mostly debugged in the initial stage of installation. Therefore, there will be no major problems in the first two or three years, and the equipment management personnel will despise the basic management of the equipment. The performance of the equipment inspection and maintenance plan cannot be implemented on a regular basis. The maintenance personnel are relatively weak in terms of arrangement and the distribution of benefits is not as good as that of loom maintenance personnel. The long-term development results in the maintenance of the equipment over and over, hidden potential equipment can not be ruled out in time. The inspection and assessment of the relevant contents of the equipment operation manuals are not in place. The introduction of equipment has a more detailed description of equipment maintenance, operation, etc. This is only a principle, the key is to combine production practices and develop relevant maintenance plans. However, in the production, there are not many plans to implement, and some companies simply give up the inspection and evaluation of the equipment before preparation, and no one studies the problems of preventive maintenance, technology development, etc., and are limited to information provided by foreign companies. The quality of maintenance personnel needs to be further improved. Ten years ago, China introduced a large number of water-jet looms and related pre-preparation equipment. Until now, maintenance personnel who had previously been trained and mastered higher technology have basically left their original equipment maintenance positions. The mastery and study has not yet reached the level of maintenance of the corresponding equipment. How to cultivate new technical forces as soon as possible requires the attention of the corporate leadership. 2 The preparatory work will focus on strengthening technical training for operators and maintenance personnel. The pre-preparation equipment has a complex structure and a high degree of automation. Therefore, the operator is required to understand the production process and equipment performance, and to master and accurately use the functions of the switches and buttons of each department. Learning equipment, training, assessment and Other forms of equipment-related knowledge, is the basic conditions for employees to operate, combined with production technology operations, from time to time to assess the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of operators; regular technical staff to carry out lectures, exchange of experience, summary law. For the electrical part, the company should focus on high-level technicians to form a development center that specializes in researching more complicated electrical problems so that one can repair it and never complete repairs outside. This will not only give full play to the enthusiasm of technical personnel, but also help enterprises. Save money. Establish and improve various rules and regulations, and adhere to implementation. The introduction of pre-preparation equipment for looms has completely broken down the maintenance, maintenance, flat car and other related contents of our country's traditional equipment. Therefore, there is no need to implement a traditional size repair system. For the characteristics of new equipment structures, the maintenance equipment should focus on preventive maintenance and maintenance, and maintenance plans for warping, sizing, reeling, splitting, and other equipment should be established. According to the introduction of equipment introduction, combined with the actual situation to develop key maintenance items, inspection standards, assessment indicators from the daily → weekly → monthly → annual, its purpose is to achieve: the function of all parts of the equipment is completely correct, technical parameters are displayed correctly, There is no abnormal noise in each rotation, transmission, and meshing connection. The machine parts are in good condition and the pipes are free from leakage. Through periodic preventive inspections and maintenance, timely detection and repair of damaged parts will prevent major equipment accidents. In particular, once the key components of the sizing machine, such as the sizing roller, are damaged, it will inevitably have a major impact on production. Do a good job of lubrication management. Lubrication is an extremely important component and key link in the maintenance of equipment. Lubricating equipment in a timely, correct and reasonable manner is not only a need to reduce frictional resistance, reduce functional consumption, and reduce wear, but also extends the service life of equipment and brings into full play the effectiveness of equipment. The lubrication methods for pre-preparation equipment mainly include oil bath lubrication, centralized oil supply, manual injection of grease nipples, open chain connection and lubrication of sliding parts. For these characteristics, we have stipulated the “five settings” for lubrication. It stipulates that a pair of key lubrication points should be inspected and lubricated on a weekly basis to ensure that all high-speed rollers, cylinders, fans and other key components do not lose oil, minimizing the occurrence of worn-out bearings and chain events, and technicians inspecting and evaluating lubrication points. Spot checks, assessment technicians. Do a detailed division of labor, clear responsibilities. Electrical aspects. The pre-preparation equipment is prone to electrical failures, mainly sizing machines. Its performance is that the slasher cannot start normally, yarn jitter during driving, synchronization before and after parking, abnormal temperature and tension, and so on. : Regularly adjust the tension, check the DC motor, check the amplifier parameters, adjust the electronic components on the circuit board, pay special attention to whether the circuit board decays, check the solenoid valve is normal, check whether the set pressure of each roller is reasonable, and check whether the pulse signal is transmitted correctly. Check if each breaker is good. In addition, the environmental humidity has a great influence on the electrical components. Generally, it cannot exceed 80%, otherwise it may cause electrical failures.
