Before the operation of the can filling production line, the sealing performance of each sealing surface of the equipment should be checked according to the precautions in the manual. Operation sequence:

1. Place the filled liquid bottle upside down on the working blue and check that the bottom of the liquid bottle should be aligned.

2. Place the work blue in a vacuum tank, cover the lid quickly and lock it.

3. Close the venting valve and the inlet valve, open the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum regulating valve to make the vacuum (depending on the filling amount) to meet the process requirements, and step on the foot plate to insert the liquid into the liquid bottle.

4. Slowly open the inlet valve. At this time, the liquid level in the tank rises. At the same time, the vent valve is opened to lower the liquid level, and the liquid is pressed into the liquid bottle from the tank. Adjust the two valves reasonably so that the liquid level remains between the specified level of the sight glass.

5. When the vacuum gauge pointer is in the 0 state, it is proved that the filling has been completed, and the footboard is returned. The quick opening can lid can be opened to take out the filled liquid bottle. For the troubleshooting of the vacuum pump, please refer to the (XD series single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump instruction manual). If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time (more than seven days), the used oil in the pump should be drained and flushed with new oil to replace it. Moisture corrodes the pump body.
