[Test Principle]
Urobilinogen:Urobilinogen with diazonium salt produce red violet dyes in strong acid medium.
Bilirubin:The direct bilirubin with dichlorobenzene diazonium produce azo dyes in acid medium.
Ketone:The acetoacetic acid and sodium nitroprusside cause reaction in alkaline medium,which produces red violet compound.
Blood:Hemoglobin acts as peroxidase. It can cause peroxidase release neo-ecotypes oxide (O).(O) oxidizes the indicator and make the color change subsequently.
Protein:It is based on a specific pH indicator attracted by cation on protein molecule,the indicator further ionized and make the color change.This phenomenon is called protein-error-of -indicator principle.
Nitrite:Nitrite and aromatic amine are diazotized to form a diazonium compound.The diazonium compound reacts with tetrahydrobenzo(h)quinolin 3-phenol produce the red azo dye.
Leukocyte:Pyrrole amino acid ester produce free phenol under the hydrolysis of esterase in neutrophile granulocyte,the free phenol couple with phenyl diazonium salt produce purple azo dyes.
Glucose:The glucose oxidized by glucose oxidase catalyzes the formation of glucuronic acid and peroxide hydrogen.Peroxide hydrogen releases neo-ecotypes oxide(O)under the function of peroxidase.(O)oxidizes tetramethyl benzidine, which make the color change.

Leakage elimination of walking tractor
When a walking tractor was working in the field, he found that the red indicator cap on the engine oil indicator was up and down. The operator immediately stopped the operation and checked as follows: ? (1) Remove the M8 oil pipe connector on the cylinder head cover. Bolt, shake the engine with a crank handle, found that the engine oil out of the oil tube with air bubbles. (2) Pull out the oil dipstick and check the oil level; open the rear cover to remove the oil filter and check that the mesh is clean; the oil filter assembly does not use the air pressure test to see leakage at the welding location. (3) Remove the oil pump to check the internal and external rotor wear and measure it with a feeler gauge within the allowable range. To be on the safe side, the operator changed the internal and external rotors of the oil pump, but it still remained after the engine started operating. Where does this air enter the oil gallery? It may come from the flat pad of two M8 pipe bolts at both ends of the tubing. However, the bolts at the two ends of the oil pipe were wiped, and there was no oil leakage after starting the engine. However, four new flat pads were changed to see if the cap still jumped. In order to find out the reason, the operator tried to lift the handrail frame of the walking tractor, and the front end of the frame was grounded. The engine was inclined at 45 degrees. After the engine was started, the engine was running at a medium speed. It was strange! The indicator cap was raised and stable, and the handrail was pressed firmly. Frame, the engine is in a horizontal position, and the indicator cap is suddenly up and down. From this discovery, it shows that there is a leak in the internal oil circuit joints of the engine. After removing the back cover, the M16 pipe bolts and copper pads on the oil filter are unscrewed. After careful inspection, it is found that the M16 pipe teeth are elongated and the seal is not leaky. When replaced with new tube bolts, the caps rise and forcefully do not jump. • When the engine was tilted 45, the oil in the oil pan just submerged the M16 connecting bolt position of the oil filter assembly and air could not enter. When the engine is placed horizontally, the M16 pipe bolting parts of the oil filter assembly follow the fluctuation of the oil surface in the oil pan, sometimes submerged in the oil, and sometimes exposed on the oil surface, when the M16 pipe bolts are exposed. When oil is on the surface, the air enters.
