Different grades of weight structure and adjustment cavity are different

Weights of different grades and qualities have different structures. What are they like?

1, E1 level, E2 level, F1 level weight
The E1 grade, E2 grade, and F1 grade weight of 1mg to 500kg shall be solid overall structure, and shall be composed of a single piece of material without an adjustment cavity.

Weight greater than 50kg
An E2 grade and an F1 grade weight greater than 50 kg may have an adjustment chamber. The volume of the E2 grade weight adjustment chamber should not exceed 1/1000 of the total weight of the weight. The F1 grade weight must not exceed 1/20. The adjustment chamber should be sealed, waterproof and gas-proof. Bolts, buttons or similar parts with ribs can enclose the adjustment chamber. The material should be the same as the weight material. The surface condition should meet the E2 grade and F1 grade weight requirements.

After the first adjustment, the total overlap of the adjustment chamber should be approximately 1/2 should be empty.

2, F2 grade weight
1G to 50kg F2 grade weight
The F2 grade weight of 1g to 50kg may have an adjustment cavity whose volume should not exceed 1/4 of the total weight of the weight. Adjust the cavity to apply the button or other way to seal.

After the first adjustment, the total volume of the adjustment chamber should be approximately 1/2 empty.

F2 grade weight greater than 50kg
F2 grade weights greater than 50kg can be made from multiple pieces of material and must be sealed with water or dust. The weight can be made up of a variety of materials, and its magnetic properties should meet the requirements of the F2 grade weight.

An F2 grade weight greater than 50 kg may have an adjustment chamber, and the volume of the adjustment chamber should not exceed 1/20 of the total volume. The adjustment chamber should be sealed, waterproof and gas-proof. Bolts, buttons or similar parts with ribs can close the adjustment chamber.

After the first adjustment, the total volume of the adjustment chamber should be approximately 1/2 empty.

3, M1 level, M12 level, M2 level, M23 level, M3 level
Whether the M1 grade, M2 grade, and M3 grade weight of 1g to 50kg have no adjustment regulations, whether the weight of M1 grade, M2 grade, M3, etc. of 100g to 50kg is not imposed, 100g to 50kg The M1 level, M2 level, and M3 level weights should have adjustment chambers. The adjustment chamber should have a reliable chamber cover to prevent foreign matter from entering. Allow the adjustment chamber to open to the adjustment. The volume of the adjustment chamber should not be greater than 1/4 of the total volume of the weight.

After the first adjustment, the total volume of the adjustment chamber should be approximately 1/3 should be empty.

1g to 50kg M1 grade, M2 grade, M3 grade cylindrical weight, the adjustment cavity is coaxial with the vertical axis of the weight, the opening is above the weight button, and the inlet diameter is widened. The design of the adjustment chamber is adjusted and easy to open and adjusted.

5kg to 50kg M1 grade, M2 grade, M3 grade parallelepiped weight, the adjustment cavity can be inside the tubular shape, or if the button is solid, it should be directly above the weight, open on the side or upper surface of the weight.

If the adjustment chamber is in the tubular knob, the adjustment chamber can be closed with a threaded plug or a disc cover with a central button. The plug or cover may be made of a copper alloy or other suitable metallic material and shall be closed by a lead plug that is inserted into an internal threaded hole or strip.

If the adjustment chamber is cast on top, the opening is on the side or upper surface of the weight. The adjustment chamber should be closed by a disc made of mild steel or other suitable material and sealed by a lead plug or a suitable material into the tapered bore.

For M1, M12, M2, M23, and M3 weights greater than 50kg, the weight should not have any cavities that cause dust accumulation.

The weight can have one or more adjustment chambers, and the total volume of all adjustment chambers should not exceed 1/10 of the total weight of the weight. The cavity should be sealed, waterproof and dustproof. The adjustment chamber can be sealed with a threaded plug or button.
