Water block damage

When the diesel engine is working, it suddenly emits a large amount of engine oil from the respirator. First, it is judged that the water plug on the cylinder head is damaged. After the water plug is damaged, the cooling water leaks into the oil pan and the oil level rises. Because the oil is lighter than water, it floats on the top. The crankshaft rotates and splashes the oil from the respirator out of the machine. If the water plug is in good condition, check if the cylinder head, the airframe or the water stop ring is damaged and the cylinder gasket is damaged.

Burning tile

When the diesel engine is in operation, it does not move the throttle, but the speed gradually decreases. After a black smoke is emitted, the engine automatically shuts off. It can be concluded that the burning tile is used. During the inspection, first turn the flywheel. If it can still turn, but it is heavy, it is the axis and the tile is not locked. If the rotation feels light, it proves that the connecting rod is burned; if it feels that any position is heavy, the crankshaft is burning.

Cylinder liner, piston and ring clearance too large

Diesel engine start is difficult, add a small amount of oil to the cylinder, startability has improved, just started firing a white smoke, black smoke after the temperature rises, working weak and burning oil, fuel door has a "Dangdang" knock cylinder sound. The above failure symptoms must be due to the serious wear of cylinder liners, pistons and piston rings.

Valve leakage

When the diesel engine does not open the decompression crank, it can hear the sound of air leakage in the intake and exhaust pipes. When the fire is started, the exhaust pipe has a “buzz” sound at low speed and the flame can be seen at night; when the diesel engine is off, there is a phenomenon of smoke emission from the air filter. The valve should be ground or replaced.

Oil supply is too early

The diesel engine is easy to reverse when starting. After the start, the upper part of the cylinder has a "squeaking" sound, like the knocking sound of steel balls colliding with each other, which is more obvious at low speeds. The knocking sound disappears immediately when the fuel supply stops. Easy to damage pistons, pins, sleeves, etc.

The supply time is too late

Diesel engine is more difficult to start, lack of horsepower after starting, black smoke, exhaust gas is not clear and brittle, diesel engine overheated, fuel consumption increased.
