Second, the salt and wheat sterilizing method uses salt to absorb water and sterilize. It is placed in a cool and ventilated place with 1.5 to 2.0 kg of salt per 100 kg of wet wheat, and sealed with a plastic film.

Third, the vinegar and mildew method sprays the vinegar on the wet wheat. The organic acid in the vinegar can surround the wheat granules to form a protective film, which can block the wheat grains from the air and inhibit the breath of the wheat grains and resist the invasion of the mold. The specific method is as follows: every 100 kg of wet wheat is mixed with 150 ml of vinegar while spraying.

Fourth, the blast wind cooling mold method will be placed on a cold bed that does not leak wheat grains and can be ventilated, the pile thickness is no more than 30 cm, and then use a blower, exhaust fan and other blast to cool, damp. Turn the wheat heap once every 1-2 hours.

Using the above method, it is generally safe to keep wet wheat for 7 to 10 days, but it is necessary to rush to clear the sun in time. At the same time, it should be noted that the first two emergency methods cannot be used for wet wheat.
