Digital pressure testing machine operation method:

1. Turn on the power to the press main unit (the red button light is on).

2. Press the oil pump start button (the green button light is on), and the oil pump will warm up for about 15 minutes after starting.

3. Turn on the power of the computer system; start the computer and enter the Windows operating system; double-click the pressure tester icon on the desktop to enter the operation interface of the pressure testing machine control system.

4. Turn on the power to the controller.

5. Digital pressure tester user parameter setting and setting steps: Click “User Parameter Setting Button” to pop up the user parameter setting interface. 6. After setting the parameters of the digital pressure tester , install the test block, click the button “automatic loading” on the right side of the screen, the system starts to load; if you need to temporarily terminate during the test, click “Exit Load” with the left mouse button. Or hit the keyboard "ESC" button and the test is paused. The system prompts you to redo and press the "YES" button.

After the digital pressure tester is finished, close the system in the following order: Press the oil pump stop button (the red button light is on) to turn off the power of the press main unit; turn off the power of the controller; turn off all the programs of the computer, exit the Windows operating system, and turn off the power of the computer. .
