Uses:E7050 is a dual c-Met and VEGFR-2 inhibitor with IC50 of 14 nM and 16 nM, respectively.
Uses:Golvatinib is a potent and orally available inhibitor of c-MET and VEGFR-2 that exhibits potential antitumor properties by suppressing the overexpression of these receptor tyrosine kinases.
Strongly inhibits the phosphorylation of c-Met and VEGFR-2. E7050 also potently inhibits c-met-proliferating tumor cells as well as HGF- or VEGF-stimulated endothelial cell growth. All exogenous and endogenous HGF-induced reversible, irreversible, and mutation-selective EGFR-TKIs in lung cancer cell lines that act on EGFR mutations are avoided in vitro by E7050 by blocking the Met/Gab1/PI3K/Akt pathway. E7050 can also prevent the gefitinib resistance of HCC827 cells due to the continuous action of HGF .
