The principle of the high-pressure steam sterilization method is that water boils at about 100 ° C in the atmosphere, the water vapor pressure increases, and the temperature will increase as it boils. Therefore, in a closed high-pressure steam sterilizer, when the pressure gauge indicates that the vapor pressure is increased to At 15 lbs (1.05 kg/cm), the temperature is equivalent to 121.3 ° C. At this temperature, the propagules and spores of the bacteria can be completely killed in 20 minutes. When sterilizing, add one sterilized water to the interlayer. Secure the bottom of the iron cover with a screw to keep it from leaking. After heating, the water vapor rises along the interlayer. From the hole into the inner cylinder, when the steam first enters the inner cylinder, the upper and lower exhaust pipes should be opened, and after the cold air is released, the exhaust pipe is closed. As the steam enters the confined space, the pressure rises. It can be seen from the pressure gauge that the steam also passes through the safety valve to ensure that the pressure is maintained at a certain limit, the pressure is maintained at 15 lbs for 20 min, and then the heat source is turned off to gradually reduce the pressure. To zero, the lid can be opened, otherwise the liquid in the glass will rush out of the bottle due to sudden pressure drop, causing danger of spillage or explosion.
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Check the water level of the cooling bottle at the bottom right of the autoclave to ensure that the water level is between the zui high and the zui low water line.
Note: Do not bend the steam drain pipe and block the vent hole, otherwise it is not easy to open the pressure cooker door after sterilization.
3. Add distilled water to the pot and the water level should exceed the stainless steel plate at the bottom of the sterilizer.
4. Turn on the power switch on the upper left. The initial setting value of zui is displayed as 120 ° C / 20 minutes.
5. Sterilization of items: Put the items to be sterilized into a stainless steel basket.
Note: Do not put the items directly into the pot, otherwise the exhaust port and the safety valve will be blocked and the pressure cooker will be out of control, which will lead to danger.
6. Close the pressure cooker cover. Hold the lid of the pressure cooker with both hands and tighten it clockwise about 2 times. When you feel mechanical resistance, turn it 1/4 turn to ensure it is tight.
7. Close the exhaust valve. Rotate the EXHAUST handle clockwise until it stops, and further tighten to ensure safety.
Note: The EXHAUST handle is not closed. The pressure does not rise after the sterilization starts, and it will alarm.
8. Set the required sterilization temperature and sterilization time.
9. Start sterilization. Press the START button and the sterilization indicator flashes to indicate the start of the sterilization operation. When the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the sterilization display stops flashing and remains bright.
10. Sterilization is over. Sterilize the machine to automatically sound the prompt, open the exhaust valve to speed up the exhaust.
Note: If the tube is filled with a tube with a cotton plug, the exhaust valve should not be opened too much, otherwise the sudden drop in pressure will cause the tampon to eject or the glassware to rupture.
11. Sterilization is complete. The steam in the pressure cooker is finished, the pressure pointer points to 0, the temperature shows below 90 °C, and the lid is opened to dissipate heat.
12. Remove the sterilized item and turn off the power and lid. Make a good use record.
