Nokia announced plans to acquire French company digital health company Withings for 191 million. It is reported that the transaction will be completed early in the third quarter of this year. The acquisition marks Nokia's formal entry into the digital health arena to complement its global reach. Withings has a range of digital health products including smart bracelets, sleep trackers, thermometers and smart watches.
