I. Process description The raw water is well water, with high suspended solid content and high hardness. In order to meet the requirements of reverse osmosis water inflow, a machine filter is installed, which contains fine quartz sand, which can remove suspended solids, sediment, etc. Impurities. Adding scale inhibitor system can add scale inhibitor at any time to reduce the trend of hardness and ionic scaling in water and prevent concentrated water structure. The precision filter contains a 5 micron honeycomb wound filter to further remove hard particles from the water and prevent scratching the surface of the film. The reverse osmosis device is the core desalting part of the equipment. Single-stage reverse osmosis can remove 98% of the salt ions in the water, and the secondary reverse osmosis effluent meets the user's requirements.
Second, mechanical filter operation
1. Exhaust: Open the upper exhaust valve and the upper inlet valve to deliver water to the filter to the upper exhaust valve for continuous water intake.
2. Washing: Open the drain valve and the upper inlet valve to make the water pass through the filter layer from top to bottom. The influent flow rate is 10t/h. It takes about 10-20 minutes until the drainage is clear and transparent.
3. Operation: Open the water valve to deliver water to the downstream equipment.
4. Backwashing: After the equipment is running for a period of time, due to the interception of dirt, the surface forms a filter cake. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than 0.05-0.08 MPa, in order to ensure smooth water flow, backwashing should be carried out. Open the drain valve, backwash valve, bypass valve, and flush at 10t/h for about 20-30 minutes until the water is clear. Note: After backwashing, the equipment must be cleaned before it can be put into operation.
Third, the softener switch cleaning softener works on the principle of ion exchange, the use of ion exchangers is: the resin should be regenerated frequently. Use the following questions:
1. When the hardness of the effluent water exceeds the standard (hardness requirement ≤0.03mmol/L), it must be stopped and regenerated. 2. The cationic resin regeneration method is to soak the resin with salt water for about two hours, drain the brine, and then use it. Clear water recoil, you can continue to use;
Fourth, plus the scale inhibitor system metering pump and high pressure pump start and stop at the same time, synchronous action. The scale inhibitor is MDC150 produced in the United States. The amount of the scale inhibitor added: According to the hardness of the raw water, the amount of raw water per ton of raw water is calculated to be 3-4 grams. The system water intake is 10t/h, and the dosage per hour is 30-40g.
The configuration of the scale inhibitor: add 90 liters of water to the tank, and then slowly add 10 kg of scale inhibitor and mix well. Adjust the metering pump range to the appropriate scale.
Note: The concentration ratio of the scale inhibitor zui should not be less than 10%.
5. Precision filter The precision of the filter is 5μm. In order to maintain the filtration accuracy, the system does not have a backwashing line. The filter element in the precision filter is generally used for 2-3 months, and can be extended to 5-6 months depending on the actual amount of water treated. Sometimes the filter element can be replaced in advance to maintain water flux.
Sixth, reverse osmosis cleaning reverse osmosis membrane element due to the accumulation of impurities in the long-term water, it is easy to scale, resulting in a decrease in water production and a decrease in salt rejection. The membrane element is chemically cleaned at this point.
When the equipment has one of the following conditions, it must be cleaned: 1. The product water flow drops to 10-15% of the normal value under normal pressure;
2. In order to maintain the normal product water flow, the temperature-corrected feed water pressure is increased by 10-15%; 3. The product water quality is reduced by 10-15%; the salt permeability is increased by 10-15%; 4. The use pressure is increased by 10- 15%; 5, the pressure difference between the RO sections increased significantly.

Seven, the preservation method of membrane components:
1. Short-term storage is suitable for reverse osmosis systems that stop running for 5-30 days. At this point the membrane element is still installed in the pressure vessel of the system. (1) Flush the reverse osmosis system with feed water, taking care to completely remove the gas from the system;
(2) After filling the pressure vessel and related pipelines with water, close the relevant valves to prevent gas from entering the system; (3) Rinse once every 5 days as described above.
2, long-term suspension of protection (1) membrane components in the cleaning system;
(2) preparing a sterilizing liquid by using reverse osmosis produced water, and rinsing the reverse osmosis system with a sterilizing liquid;
(3) After filling the reverse osmosis system with the sterilizing solution, close the relevant valve to keep the sterilizing liquid in the system. At this time, it should be determined that the system is completely filled;
(4) If the system temperature is lower than 27 degrees, it should be operated once every 30 days with new sterilizing liquid; if the temperature is higher than 27 degrees, the sterilizing liquid should be replaced every 15 days;
(5) Before the reverse osmosis system is put back into service, flush the system with low pressure feed water for one hour, then rinse the system with high pressure feed water for 5-10 minutes; regardless of low pressure flushing or high pressure flushing, the system's production water discharge valve should be fully opened. Before the system returns to normal operation, it should be checked and confirmed that the product water does not contain any biocide.
