How to choose edible mushroom species

(1) Long speed and regularity: The same variety uses the same medium and is cultivated under the same conditions, and the long speed and the long length are basically the same.

(2) Long-speed normal: different species, different varieties, different media, and different growth conditions have different long-term speeds, but for each species, there is a fixed long speed under fixed culture medium and culture conditions.

(3) Normal color, consistent from top to bottom: Although the color of the strains of different edible fungi is slightly different, almost all of the mycelia are white when growing on the medium of natural lignocellulose. If there are other bacteria that are contaminated, the color of the colonies of the contaminating bacteria or obvious blemishes can be seen from the appearance of the bacteria.

(4) Full of hyphae: Excellent cultivars, whether grown or overgrown, should appear to be full, thick, thick, and uniform.

(5) Mushrooms are rich in aroma: normal cultivars, open the bottle (pocket) mouth, can smell the rich mushroom fragrance, if the smell is light or no smell, indicating bacteria species have problems, can not be used.
