1. Turn on the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree of the vacuum external circulating concentrator reaches 0.08MPa, open the main steam valve and open the valve at the bottom of the cylinder to drain the condensate. (Note: If the vacuum pump or vacuum is closed at this time) When the degree is above 0.06MPa, the vacuum pump bleed valve must be opened first when the vacuum pump is turned on. When the vacuum pump is turned on, the bleed valve is closed after the water is turned on. 2. Observe the vacuum degree of each effect. When the pressure is 0.09 MPa, the feed should be slightly opened. Pump return valve, the system will automatically open the feed pump, the feed liquid enters the one-effect separator through the preheater, and observe the flow rate of the liquid (currently about 7 square meters / hour), one two three effect circulation pump and discharge pump The condensate pump is automatically turned on continuously. (Note: At the same time observe the standard operating procedures of each three-effect concentrated evaporator) Whether there is material inflow in the separator. If no material flows in, stop the effect circulation pump and all the pumps in the process. The effect pump is turned on after the material remains in the observation mirror.
When the vacuum external circulation concentrator system is running automatically, the pump must first be changed to "automatic" to "manual". After the pump is turned on, it must be changed back to "automatic" immediately, and the subsequent pump will automatically start according to the program. If the system setting time is exceeded, the pump should be manually turned on and the pump should be changed to "automatic" state immediately.
3. During the automatic operation of the system, when the discharge pump is turned on, the steam trap valve should be opened immediately, and then the steam main valve should be slowly opened to add steam to the first-effect evaporator, and the effect evaporator should be slowly heated to 75-80 degrees Celsius. At this time, the steam main valve is adjusted in an appropriate amount to stabilize the temperature of the first-effect evaporator between the temperatures.
4. When the system is running, it is necessary to correctly fill in the equipment operation record, and the writing is clear and must not be applied. If the temperature of the three-way separator is low, the circulating water volume should be adjusted; when the temperature is high, the circulating water volume should be increased. Keep the three-way separator temperature at 45-55 degrees Celsius.
5. When heating with one effect , the negative pressure of the vacuum external circulation concentrator shall not be lower than 0.01MPa. When the pressure is lower than 0.01MPa, the steam valve shall be adjusted. If it is lower than 0 MPa, equipment overpressure will occur.
6. During the operation of the system, it must be ensured that the balance tank cannot be broken, and the feed amount of the feed liquid must be ensured.
7. After the three-effect concentration of the feed liquid, the feed concentration should be measured diligently. When the discharge concentration reaches the required concentration, the feed liquid is driven into the finished product tank, and the feed flow rate is adjusted.
8. When the vacuum external circulation concentrator fails, the steam main valve must be closed first, and then the fault is dealt with.
9. In the process of measuring the discharge concentration, the concentration is too large, and the feed amount is adjusted to a larger value; the concentration is lower, and the feed amount is adjusted to be smaller.
The vacuum external circulation concentrator uses two-effect secondary steam to supply two-effect concentrated heating in double-effect production, and can produce large-weight extracts according to requirements: one-effect production of the extract has a specific gravity of about 1.2 and can be combined in a two-effect combination.
